Do you want to exercise your right of withdrawal?

At Let's Solve Your Problem, we take your consumer rights very seriously. On this page, you will find all the necessary information to know if you can exercise the right of withdrawal and how to do so.

Does the right of withdrawal apply to my purchase?

All products from Let's Solve Your Problem are e-books in digital format, supplied via direct download once payment is confirmed.

In accordance with Article 16(m) of European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium when the following conditions are met:

✅ The customer gave their express consent for the supply to begin immediately after payment, and
✅ The customer expressly acknowledged that by doing so, they forfeited their right of withdrawal.

During your purchase process, you accepted both conditions by checking the mandatory consent box before completing payment. This consent was registered with the date and time in our system.

Therefore, if you have already started downloading your e-book, the right of withdrawal does not apply to your purchase.

What if I haven't downloaded the file yet?

If you completed the purchase but have not yet started the download, we may be able to review your case. Contact us within a maximum of 14 days from the date of purchase at:

📧 support@letssolveyourproblem.com

Indicate in the subject line: "Withdrawal request — Order [your order number]"

We will respond within a maximum of 48 business hours.

Do you have a technical problem with your file?

If the downloaded file has a technical defect (corrupted file, does not open, incorrect format), we will replace it at no additional cost. There is no need to exercise withdrawal — simply contact us:

📧 support@letssolveyourproblem.com
