Refund, Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Below you will find our complete policy on returns, refunds and the right of withdrawal.


1. Nature of the product

All our products are digital ebooks supplied via direct download once payment is confirmed. They are not delivered on any physical medium.


2. Right of withdrawal — legal information

Under Article 16(m) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where the customer has given express consent for supply to begin immediately and has expressly acknowledged that they thereby lose that right.

During your purchase, you accepted both conditions by actively ticking the mandatory consent checkbox before completing payment. That consent was recorded with date and time in our system.

Therefore, once the file download has begun, the right of withdrawal does not apply to your purchase.

3. No-refund policy once downloaded

Due to the digital nature of our products, and the fact that they are considered consumed once the download begins, we do not offer returns or refunds once an ebook has been downloaded or the download link has been activated.

Refunds will not be offered for:

  • Change of mind after download
  • Subjective expectations about the content not being met
  • Compatibility issues caused by the user's software, hardware or device configuration

4. Exception: technical issues

The only case in which we will consider a refund is if a demonstrable and unresolvable technical error prevents you from downloading, opening or using the file correctly, and only after all reasonable technical support efforts to resolve it have been exhausted.

To request technical support or a refund under this exception:

  • Contact us at support@letssolveyourproblem.com within 72 hours of your purchase
  • Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue
  • If possible, attach screenshots or evidence of the error

We reserve the right to attempt to resolve the technical issue before processing any refund. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days.
