Thank you for purchasing our ebook(s) and digital content. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, given the nature of our products, we have established a clear policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Nature of the Product
Our products are digital files (e-books) that are delivered to the customer via an immediate download link once payment has been confirmed..
2. No Refunds Once Downloaded
Due to the digital and irrevocable nature of our products, and the fact that they are considered "used" or "consumed" at the moment access is provided or the download is initiated, we do NOT offer returns or refunds once the ebook or digital content has been downloaded or the download link has been sent and activated.
By completing your purchase and accessing the download link, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
3. Refund Exceptions (Verifiable Technical Issues)
The only circumstance in which a refund will be considered is if there is a demonstrable and unresolvable technical error on our part that prevents you from downloading, opening, or using the file correctly, and only after all reasonable technical support efforts to resolve the issue have been exhausted.
To request a refund under this exception:

No refunds will be offered for:
- Simply changing your mind after downloading.
- The purchase of an ebook that does not meet the customer's subjective expectations regarding the content.
- Compatibility issues caused by obsolete, faulty, or incorrectly configured software or hardware on the part of the user.
